The bill (Reg. No. 4681) specifies the procedure of State registration of land lease right (the procedure of State registration, the period for adoption of the decision on State registration of land lease right, the grounds for the State registration, the lost of documents necessary).
In particular, it presents a new version of clause 20 that defines that the state registration of the right on land lease shall be governed by the law which regulates the state registration of the property laws on estate property and their restriction.
